Lannette M. Richardson

Ms. Lannette M. Richardson is a law student at Southern University Law Center (SULC). Ms. Richardson was born and raised in Los Angeles County, California. She earned her B.A. in Spanish from Loyola Marymount University, and her M.B.A. in Gaming Management from Alcorn State University. She has certification from Harvard Business School’s CORe program with Honors. Her recent internship experience includes the Louisiana Legislative Black Caucus, Oracle Corporation’s Legal Department, Collins Aerospace – Office of the General Counsel, and the Louisiana State Bar Association. She will also join NFL Films Corporate – Business Affairs.

Ms. Richardson is passionate about advocacy of underrepresented communities, and as such, remains actively involved in her community. She serves as the National Chair for the American Bar Association (ABA) Law Student Division (previous term as National Vice Chair), and as a Board member for the Baton Rouge Charter of the NAACP. Ms. Richardson is a scholarship recipient of the Hispanic National Bar Association and a former NBLSA National Executive.

At SULC, she is Project Director, Co-Chair of Women in Law, a member of the SBA Diversity Committee, and has served as a member of the Board of Student Advisors. Finally, as a former gaming industry professional, Ms. Richardson has an interest in practicing Entertainment: Gaming and Technology Law.
